Today, I want to share some painting projects with kids before the link-up! Engineer, my preschool students, and I enjoy painting together, and I love that paint can be used in so many different ways. Here are some of our favorites:

A variety of creative painting projects were shared at last week’s Stress-Free Sunday! I just love checking out all of the ideas you post!

I thought Rubber Boots and Elf Shoes’ “Mr. Klimt — Kindergarten Style” was beautifully done. Introducing children to artists and different art methods is a wonderful idea. It shows them different techniques and allows more creativity into their lives.

“Dryer Sheet Box Engine Shed” from Play Trains shows how a kiddo can incorporate paint into building and pretend play. I know Engineer is going to love making one of these with me!

Paint adds a colorful dimension to We Made That’s Salt Dough Mother’s Day Flowers.

Twodaloo’s “Toddler Art Tuesdays: Fun with Fingerpaint” made me smile! The kiddos look like they had a blast painting a cardboard box (and their mama). 🙂

“Egg Carton Flowers” from Leah Inspired are a beautiful way to mix painting, pretend play, and fine motor skills.

Finally, Train Up a Child’s “The Rain Came Down {Wash and Learn}” illustrates how to use paint in the bath while teaching math and literacy skills.
