I think it’s super important to let the kids play outside as much as possible, even during the winter. Of course, after traipsing around in the snow and cold, you might need some engaging activities to transition back into the classroom. And preschool winter crafts using popsicle sticks certainly fits the bill!
Please note that some of the images below are adult-made examples, while others are definitely child-made. I’m a big proponent of letting kids exert their creative prowess, so I highly suggest you do so too! The kids’ creations aren’t going to look the same, and that is amazing! Let them enjoy the process alongside you.
